Are Arsenal really interested in signing Bundesliga star Manu Kone?

Arsenal were recently linked with Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Manu Kone ahead of the summer transfer window.

However according to Fabrizio Romano there is nothing clear about these links and the Gunners are not actively looking to sign Kone.
